If you have purchased a health and safety course and you need to transfer it to another 新IM电竞下比赛的网址 user, this guide will show you how. You can purchase multiple course licenses, and then transfer them to other users so they can complete the course on their own account.

Each user will need their own 新IM电竞下比赛的网址 account so that when they complete the course, the certificate will have the right name on it. You can't share your 新IM电竞下比赛的网址 account with other users, but you can share your courses. If you need to purchase a course for someone else to take, you can follow this guide.

This guide works with single access courses. If you have a team Training Plan membership you don't need to transfer courses as your team will automatically get access. For teams we recommend the Training Plan , so you can access all your team's records in one place.

Log in

To transfer a health and safety course on 新IM电竞下比赛的网址, you need to be logged in to your 新IM电竞下比赛的网址 account. This is the 新IM电竞下比赛的网址 account where you purchased the courses. So go ahead and log in to get started.

(If you just created an account when purchasing a course, you will be automatically logged in!)

The person you want to transfer the course to will also need to have a 新IM电竞下比赛的网址 account registered to their email address and name. If they don't have one set up yet, they can create one for free.

Once the person you want to transfer the course to has a 新IM电竞下比赛的网址 account set up, you will be able to transfer the course to them.

Go to the training

When you log in you will see your user dashboard. This is where you can access all of your services, view your invoices and manage account settings.

Right now you want to access the Training service to manage your courses, so click the Training button on your user dashboard.

Choose the course to transfer

Now you are viewing the courses.

Any courses you have purchased will be activated on your account, and you will see a green Start button to start the course. This shows you have access to the course from your account.

If you have spare test credits (you have purchased the course but not taken the test yet), then a Transfer button (a grey button with a transfer icon as shown in the screenshot below) will also be displayed next to the Start button.

As you want to transfer the course to another user, you need to click the Transfer button on the course.

Transfer the course

To transfer the course, enter the email address for the 新IM电竞下比赛的网址 account you want to transfer it to. Once you have entered the correct email address, click the orange Transfer button, to confirm. The course will be transferred to the other user's account, ready for them to complete.

(If you run into any problems here, check that you have entered the email address correctly and that the other user has set up their 新IM电竞下比赛的网址 account.)
